«Specstrojmontazh-Ukraine» will build the biggest in CIS production facility of the company «Zeppelin Ukraine» GmbH
General contracting company «Specstrojmontazh-Ukraine» has started construction of production and technical facilities for repairing and maintenance of large hubs and Caterpillar devices of the company «Zeppelin Ukraine».
The project is implemented on the territory of Erikstovskij ore mining and dressing plant in Komsomol`sk, Poltavskij region and will become the biggest project for the transnational company on the territory of CIS and the first in Ukraine. Moreover, there are not more than ten production and technical facilities of such level worldwide.
«Taking into account the difficulty and the scale of construction we made a choice of contracting company with all the responsibility. The company «Specstrojmontazh-Ukraine» won in the tender and will do all construction works on building production and technical facilities of Zeppelin on conditions of general contract», - noted the CEO of «Zeppelin-Ukraine» Holger Shultz.
«Production and technical facilities of Zeppelin are important and responsible project not only for us, as a general contracting organization, but for Ukraine in particular. The fact that a foreign world famous company is building such huge projects in Ukraine tells that the investment climate in the country is improving and that foreign companies consider our country to be interesting and lucrative object for investments», - noted the chairman of the company «Specstrojmontazh-Ukraine» Leonid Krivochuprin.
Among the main building and assembling works, which the main contractor will fulfill is earthwork, assembling of monolithic iron framework constructions, assembling of metalwork and enclosing structures, roofing, installation of production equipment, utility networks and systems. The total area of the construction is 13,000 square metres.
The new modern vehicle park of building machinery will be used for this construction.
The completion of the building and setting object to work is due on the II quarter of 2013.
