Currently  the company «Specstrojmontazh-Ukraine» considers project management as integral system , touching the aspects of making strategic decisions, company management structure, organizational, financial and operating structures of the enterprise.

Being indispensable part  of company`s strategy of development, project management of «Specstrojmontazh-Ukraine» includes:
-    project integration
-    terms and budget of the project
-    quality of the project
-    resources and supply
-    routes of communication

In the process of adaption historically formed structures of work to the system of project management, the company developed and successfully implemented the methodology of project management, which is aimed at achieving high performance and risk minimization at the work of units.

During this process, internal standards of company were set, that set forth operation sequence, their terms, flow of documents, types of control, accountability and coordination of actions in the process of project management. These standards also presuppose accommodation of management processes to legislative base of Ukraine.
